Sean is a believer that everybody with every body type is able to do yoga. It all starts with understanding how your body works and learning how to move. All it takes to start is motivation!
All of Sean’s class offerings and workshops are welcome for beginners! His personal feeling on yoga is that even the most inspirational yogis and teachers were once beginners. Every class and workshop offer’s ‘leveling up options’ to allow the individual practitioner the opportunity to personalize their yoga practice.
Bringing yoga to everyone is Sean’s main goal. To accomplish this he has taught classes and workshops at studios, gyms, office buildings, conferences, special events, outdoors and more!
